DO IT: things to add to your calendar
The Central Park Conservancy Film Festival is wrapping up this weekend. Tonight see King Kong, tomorrow night will be Manhattan. Enter the park at 72nd Street; films start at 8pm. Free popcorn!
Saturday and Sunday check out the Jazz Age Lawn party on Governors Island. Dress in your best flapper outfit and head over on the ferry for jazz tunes, vintage shopping from Odd Twin and a picnic. 11am-6pm, $10.
Shakespeare is on the move in Central Park. New York Classical puts on a FREE production of Much Ado About Nothing, with scenes moving every 5-10 minutes. Friday-Sunday 7pm, enter the park at W 103rd St.
